I am enrolling in a year-long program priced at $13,022.00. I agree to pay the full program amount in 12 monthly installments of $1,085.17.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Commitment to Full Payment
   
   
• I understand that my enrollment in this program secures my spot, which is exclusive to me. Therefore, I am fully responsible for the total program cost of $13,022.00 regardless of the level of my participation or completion of the program.
• Due to the personalized nature and limited capacity of this program, no refunds will be issued, and my spot is reserved for me for the entire duration of the program.
2. Authorization for Payment
   
   
• I authorize the program provider to process payments according to the installment schedule outlined above. This authorization applies to the services described on the associated sales page, and under the terms of the VIP Coaching agreement.
• I agree to pay all payments on or before the due date.  Any payment that is not paid within the 30 day grace period, without prior arrangements being made, may deem me ineligible to participate in the program until my account is brought current. The facilitator of the program is not responsible for making up the time missed due to nonpayment.  I understand that it is my responsibility to make other arrangements in the event a payment can not be made by the due date or within the grace period.
3. Dispute Waiver
   
   
• I certify that I am an authorized user of the payment method provided and agree not to dispute the charges, provided they align with the terms specified in this agreement.
4. Acknowledgment of Terms
   
   
• I understand that this agreement reflects a full-year commitment to the program, and my enrollment cannot be canceled or transferred.

By signing and submitting payment, I indicate my acceptance of these terms and my full commitment to the program.
